If after installing the Time Clock Program Software  , HCFA Form Manager Software or Receipt Book Manager software you get one or both of the above messages when you attempt to start the program it may be necessary to re-install the missing file.

Download the Threed32.OCX or Sysinfo.OCX Installer from the links below onto the computer that is giving you the error message and then run the installer program.

IMPORTANT: IF THE COMPUTER IS RUNNING WINDOWS VISTA OR 7 YOU MAY NEED TO SET THE UAC TO THE LOWEST SETTING AND REBOOT THE COMPUTER BEFORE INSTALLING.
